1 bag of fudge brownie mix

(10.25oz or something equal to it)

1 egg yolk

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup of wine

Blend all ingredients together, adding wine a little at a time.  The wine has a tendency to thicken the batter.  You may need to add a tablespoon of water until you get the consistency you want. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.  Check the batter in the center with a knife to see if it is done.  The knife should be clean.

Note:  Add chocolate chips and/or walnuts if desired.
