 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk

1 Small pkg. Baking Chocolate Chips

1/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup

1 TSP Vanilla

1/2 Cup Nuts, Chopped

1/4 Cup Raspberry White Zinfandel Wine

 

Combine Sugar, Syrup, Milk and Wine.  Bring to a Low-Medium

Boil for (2:45)

two minutes and 45 seconds ONLY.  Stirring Constantly

Remove from heat and add vanilla and chocolate out

on a buttered platter,

drop by tablespoon on wax paper or pour into a non-stick sprayed aluminum pan Quickly.

smooth out fudge evenly, then place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Chocolate will thicken and harden. 

all alcohol content is cooked away during boiling.

Any kind of nut

Dark syrup for light

Dark brown sugar
