1 Pillsbury white cake mix
4 egg whites (no egg yolks)
wine
oil
Pour cake mix into a bowl.
Follow directions on the back of the box for oil and egg whites.
Instead of water, use wine equal to the amount of water required on the
cake mix box and pour into cake batter and blend all the ingredients
thoroughly with a mixer. Spray glass baking dish with a non-stick
spray, thoroughly covering dish.
Note:
A metal pan
may color your cake blue or purple. Your cake is still good,
it just adds a little color.
Follow the directions on the box
for baking temperature and time. When done, let cake sit and cool
at room temperature.
Butter Icing
Powdered sugar makes a good
icing for this. Just follow the directions on the box to make
icing with butter. Spread onto cake while cake is still a little
warm.
Serve when
ready. Be sure to keep covered to keep from drying out and loosing
wine flavor.

Note: You may use any
flavor of wine to make the cake.
